Join us for a 3-hour Open Play at Diamond Boyz Pickleball Social Club. We welcome both members and guests to enjoy a fun, competitive, and friendly playing experience.

Reservation & Attendance Policies:

To ensure fairness and availability for all players, the following policies will be strictly enforced:

1. Reservation / No-Show Policy
If you reserve a spot and do not show up, your reservation fee is non-refundable.

2. Member No-Show Policy
Open Play is complimentary for members. However, if a member reserves a spot and fails to show up without prior notice, the member will be charged the regular reservation fee.

3. Cancellation & Late Arrival
If you need to cancel or expect to arrive late, please call us at least 12 hours before your scheduled start time. Our staff will be happy to assist you, and no cancellation or no-show fee will be charged as long as advance notice is provided.

4. Waitlist Reminder
Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a spot. Walk-ins will not be accepted once the session has reached capacity.

5. Late Arrivals
Players arriving more than 30 minutes late without notifying the facility will forfeit their reservation, and the spot may be given to someone on the waitlist.

6. Check-In Required
All players must check in at the front desk upon arrival. Failure to check in may result in a no-show status and applicable charges.

7. One Reservation Per Time Slot
Players may not reserve multiple Open Play sessions during the same time slot. Please reserve only one session to ensure fair access for everyone.

8. Court Shoes Only
Only shoes with non-marking soles are permitted on the courts. Shoes with black-marking bottoms are not allowed.

9. Food & Drinks
No food or drinks are allowed on the playing surface. Please enjoy food and beverages in the designated social area and keep personal belongings outside the court.
